Jana Richard

Jana is a Partner at Benjamin, Vana, Martinez & Cano, LLP and maintains a broad practice, including the representation of design professionals and construction entities in litigation and arbitration involving breach of contract and construction defect allegations, the defense of individuals and entities in personal injury litigation, and first-party insurance litigation, including insurance coverage and UM/UIM claims.

After receiving a BA from Rice University in 2000, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, Jana obtained her JD from The University of Texas School of Law in 2003.

Jana was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2003, is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the San Antonio Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the US District Court, Western, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
