Stacy Vancil

Stacy Vancil received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992, and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University in 1995. Stacy has a contracts and transactions law practice, preparing standard form business and construction related contracts, and negotiating terms for various project, general business, and procurement contracts. Her clients include individuals and organizations in various industries, including a variety of small businesses, commercial real estate entities, land owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, and subcontractors.

Stacy is a Partner with over 20+ years of construction and general commercial litigation experience, and is well versed in the origins of a variety of disputes, which lends itself to more in-depth contract needs and risk analysis. Stacy works with clients to assess their options and negotiate contract terms with the goal of setting clear expectations between the parties and fostering a productive working relationship between the parties. Stacy Vancil is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Construction Law and Corporate Counsel sections) and the San Antonio Bar Association.
