Scott Taylor
Scott Taylor’s primary areas of practice include complex commercial and civil litigation experience in cases involving third-party liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith or excess liability claims, uninsured motorist and medical payment coverage, property and casualty, first and third party property damage, industrial accidents, construction defects, contractual disputes, and premise liability claims. Scott is a Partner at Benjamin, Vana, Martinez and Cano, LLP and has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts.
