David received his BBA from the University of Texas in 1984, attended law school at Southern Methodist University and received his JD in 1987. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1987 and is admitted to practice in the US District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court. Cathrin J. Martinez

Cathrin was born in Trier, Germany, speaks fluent German and moved to San Antonio in the late 1980′s. After graduating from John Marshall High School, she spent seven years at St. Mary’s University to obtain both her undergraduate degree (BA, Political Science, 1995) and her law school degree (JD, cum laude, 1998). Cathrin was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1998 and is also admitted to practice in the US District Court of Texas – Western Division. Since 1998, Cathrin has developed a practice in civil defense litigation, including personal injury, construction defect, consumer and business cases.
